She should definitely be taking 2 naps of at least 30 minutes, in addition to sleeping from 9pm-8:30am.
They typically drop one of those naps around the year mark. I would look at your diet and make sure you're not having too much of things that could keep her stimulated such as caffeine or sugar, If you take any medications research how they might influence your breast milk. Sugar is hidden in lots of things, so don't just look at your intake of regular sugar, but of all forms. I would also make sure you have a set routine every day and that you don't vary it much. Babies need routine as that brings them comfort. If it changes a lot that could be a reason too. If none of those are an issue, just check with your pediatrician and see if they have any recommendations. If you are moving, that could be the issue, and obviously is temporary. While you're in that process you could drive around with her at nap time and let her sleep in the car. |

babys do go through stages. alot of people are happy that there babys sleep all night. maybe try a car ride i did that with my girls. or warm milk and a very quiet room with no distractions. my oldest did the same thing. the best thing that worked for me was warm milk and a car / stroller ride.

Something has her off schedule and it might be the preparation for moving. She should still be napping at least twice a day. An hour each time.

My question would be is it loud in the house during the day. I found that white noise helped our son alot. It sounds like at night the house is quiet and the baby feels at peace. Try the noise maker and possibly swaddling the baby.
