I'm 41 weeks pregnant at the moment and have kept mine in.. I bought a pregnancy friendly bar and everything but the hole seems to have stretched and I've got stretch marks right across it.. I'm worried it won't go back to normal and I might have been better off to take it out... Did anyone else keep theirs in? What did it look like afterwards?

its okay to keep it in. the hole will stretch though and it is a possiblity that it wont go back to normal. if you take it out the hole will still be open for you to put it back in after the delvery

make sure you do alot of situps and everything to get rid of your baby fat so it goes down.......to your usually tummy. The stretch marks will fade in time, try cocoa butter and tanning will help minimize the appearance right away. Good Luck

There is no way I could have left mine in. It is completely stretched to the max and very tender!! With my first pregnancy, I took it out and when my tummy flattened back out it looked just like it use to. But you have to give the skin enough time to shrink back down...I have a friend who put hers back in a few weeks after she delivered...most horrific sight I have EVER seen!!! I left mine in, but only til my sixth month in fear that is would rip or tear out. My friends sister kept hers in, and it ended up ripping.

I would def. take it out before labor espessially.
